Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2-3 Tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 16 ounces canned red beans
- 16 ounces canned black beans
- 16 ounces canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 16 ounces V8 vegetable juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Brown the beef in a large pot, then stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix until the meat is evenly covered. Add the other ingredients, heat to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 10-20 minutes. Serve with Fritos and Monterrey Jack.
